At The American Club, we are extremely proud of our pastry kitchen. Our selection is extensive and we strive to honor all requests. This includes stacked cakes, tiered cakes, couture cakes, fabric inspired cakes, or even piped cakes – all prepared with your preferred batters and frostings. Our accomplished pastry chefs stand ready to hand craft the most intriguing and stylish wedding cake of your dreams.
The American Club’s signature cake is a delicious combination of cheesecake paired with sponge cake and includes mousseline with your choice for fresh fruit filling.

Sponge Cake Flavors
- Chocolate, Marble, Lemon, White, Yellow, Almond Dacquoise, Carrot, Applesauce Spice, Lemon Poppy Seed
Cheesecake Flavors
- Vanilla, Chocolate, Grand Marnier, Lemon, Raspberry
Flavor Syrups - Flavor Syrups can be added to any cake flavor to add even more interest.
- Lemon, Lime, Raspberry, Anisette, Coffee, Rum
Filling Flavors - Almost all filling flavors can be made as a mousseline or as a buttercream.
- Vanilla, Chocolate, Hazelnut, Kahlua, Grand Marnier, Raspberry Marmalade, Apricot Marmalade, Lemon Curd, Framboise, Almond, American Style White Frosting
Optional Extras - May be added to a filling (i.e. vanilla buttercream with fresh blueberries), or some may be used as a filling themselves in one or more layers.
