Regi Hise is president of Foodtrends LLC, has been in the cheese industry for over thirty years, and is a nationally and internationally recognized expert in cheese. Regi’s knowledge and presentation skills have made him one of the most recognized authorities and educators on cheese, cooking with cheese, and wine and cheese in the United States and abroad. Through various programs and seminars, he has trained thousands of chefs and food professionals.
Regi has served full terms on the board of directors for the American Cheese Society (ACS), the International Dairy Deli Bakery Association (IDDBA) and the Education Committee for the American Culinary Federation. Regi has also served 12 times as a judge at the United States Cheese Championships, the World Cheese Championships, the American Cheese Society and the World Cheese Awards.
